Commercial pest control is something I take seriously. As someone that owns several businesses and has owned others in the past, I know how important it is to keep a good reputation and always be as clean and professional as possible. In addition, the health and happiness of our customers and employees should be at the top of our priorities.

I’m Tom Coleman, the owner of Healthy Homes Exterminating. I also own Healthy Homes Inspections, a home inspection service business, so finding problems is literally my job, and I use these skills to advance my pest control services. I only hire technicians that can pass a background check. All technicians are trained and must look and act as professionals. All technicians are uniformed professionals. Hiring just anyone seems to be a real problem in this industry, but not for Healthy Homes Exterminating.

I have over 20 years of experience as a pest control company owner and operator. Here at Healthy Homes, we have treated entire school districts, restaurants, hotels, office spaces, warehouses, nursing homes, apartment buildings, retail stores, daycares, manufacturing facilities, and many other types of commercial properties.

Our Guarantee

We always guarantee our work. If we can not control your problem, we will give you your money back.

We also guarantee that if you find a problem between regular service visits on one of our plans, we will come out and fix the problem at no charge.

How Do We Treat Commercial Properties

A commercial pest control treatment from Healthy Homes Exterminating may include treating the interior baseboards and crack and crevices which may consist of spraying and or baiting. In addition, we treat the exterior of the structure, which includes entryways, patios, and decks. While treating the exterior, we spray and or bait for pests as needed. We also remove cobwebs (within reach) and treat the structure’s eaves.

I know some business owners and managers may worry about the chemicals we use and may want to know if they are harmful. We don’t use harsh chemicals. We always make sure that we follow the label and use our chemicals and baits in the safest way according to the label. Each business is different, and so each structure is treated differently. We may use various chemicals, but safety comes first at Healthy Homes Exterminating. I know this is a real problem in this industry. Too many people don’t read the label or have any understanding of what they are using, and it’s scary. But, there is always a way to eliminate the pests without hurting the health or safety of the occupants.

Why Are Recurring Services Necessary?

When we come out for the first time for a commercial pest control treatment, we can wipe out a lot of pests because our treatments are incredibly effective, but all chemicals break down over time. So treating on a regular basis keeps a barrier of protection from invading pests. Mice, Brown Recluse Spiders, Roaches, Ants, and Rats can all cause health problems for you, your employees, and your customers. We can eliminate your pest problem and keep them away on a regular program.

How Does Our Scheduling Work?

We know that not every business or structure is the same, so we try to work with your schedule to develop a custom service plan that works. There is always a way to get the job done without being too disruptive to the working environment.

What About Discretion For Pest Control Services?

Commercial Pest Control

Here at Healthy Homes Exterminating, we don’t have big bright, flashy signs on our trucks or dress in a way to attract attention. I know that’s the popular thing to do in pest control, but I will never understand it. Why would you want to draw attention to customers, neighbors, or those passing by? Even if it’s just regular maintenance pest control, it looks like you are infested. Hey, Look Over Here, Everyone. We Have Bugs! No, we don’t do that. All of our vehicles do have our logo, phone number, and license number in black or white. We are always discrete and professional for all of our commercial pest control customers.

Pest Control For Property Managers

Hi, I’m Tom Coleman the owner of Healthy Homes Exterminating. I had a real estate license not too long ago and spent three years on the GTAR residential property managers committee, and during that time, I learned a lot from the extraordinary men and women that served on that committee. I wanted to be a property manager, and sometimes I still wish that I had. However, I know what a property manager expects from a pest control professional, and managers don’t have time for games—no up sales for services you don’t need.

Instead, you want a pest control professional to take care of the problem and educate the tenant on what to expect from the treatment and ways to prevent future problems. For example, it does no good to treat a tenant for roaches and not educate them on prevention. But, of course, we are always courteous and professional. We can provide one-time treatments on certain pests and custom plans for the rest. For example, a one-time treatment for a Brown Recluse problem is a waste of time, but a one-time treatment for Ants can be done with great success.

Pest Control For Multi-Family Housing

It doesn’t matter if you live in or manage an apartment, condominium, or duplex. We service all kinds of multi-family housing structures. However, multi-family housing can be challenging to control for the tenant or owner because of the tenants or owners next to you, above you, or under you. That’s why hiring a professional is very important in controlling most pest problems in multi-family housing structures. Each structure is different, and each job we do gets a custom treatment plan designed to manage your pest problem in the safest and most efficient way possible. According to the EPA responsibly controlling pests in multi-family housing requires teamwork, communication, and cooperation between residents, housing managers, housing staff, and pest management professionals (PMP).

Pest Control For Warehouses

Warehouses usually get hit hard by spiders, roaches, mice, and rats. These nasty pests can either cause damage to the structure or cause harm to you, your employees, or your customers. Not to mention that they make the place look terrible. Most warehouses require a custom service plan for most pests to eliminate your problem and any future problems.
