Our general residential pest control plans start with the initial treatment. This treatment is where we do a very detailed complete cleanout service on the Interior and exterior of your home. Then one of the maintenance plans that best fits you begins after the initial treatment. The plans we offer for residential pest control are listed below.

Monthly – Once every month.
Bi-monthly – Every other month.
Quarterly – Every three months.
Annually or a one-time treatment – One treatment and no follow-up treatments or maintenance.

If you have a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly maintenance plan and a problem pops up between services, we take care of the problem with no additional charge.

Can an Exterior pest control service work?

We also offer options for Exterior treatments with Interior treatments as needed for some customers depending on their pests’ problems. We know these days customers may worry not only about the chemicals in their homes but also about what illnesses might a technician be carrying. That’s why we offer an exterior treatment option. We have had great success with the exterior treatment plan and customers love it.
